« Scrute la nature » : une application mobile pour préserver la biodiversité

Depuis plusieurs années, Télécom Saint-Étienne, école interne à l’Université Jean Monnet, affiliée à l’institut Carnot Télécom & Société Numérique, et la LPO Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, agissent conjointement afin de protéger la biodiversité. Cette union a notamment donné naissance à « Scrute la nature », une application mobile à portée écologique, tant par sa vocation que par son développement.

Comment la robotique sociale peut-elle améliorer la vie en EHPAD ?

Dans quelle mesure les robots sociaux constituent-ils des éléments de réponse aux enjeux du vieillissement en EHPAD ? Quel est l’impact de l’intégration de tels outils auprès des résidents, de leurs familles et du personnel soignant ? Ces questions figuraient au cœur d’une thèse réalisée dans le cadre du Robotics by Design Lab, soutenu par l’institut Carnot Télécom & Société numérique, en partenariat avec l’entreprise Clariane et l’Université de Nîmes.

Manutech USD : plateforme de référence pour les procédés laser ultrabrefs

Regroupant des partenaires académiques et industriels, le GIE Manutech USD propose une plateforme technologique d’excellence autour des procédés laser ultrabrefs pour la structuration et la fonctionnalisation des surfaces. Une initiative à laquelle a grandement contribué le laboratoire Hubert Curien, auquel est adossée l’école Télécom Saint-Étienne, composante de l’institut Carnot TSN.
