In February 2024, Télécom Paris launched the Intelligent Cybersecurity for Mobility System (ICMS) Chair. This initiative follows on from the work carried out within the framework of the Connected Cars and Cyber Security (C3S) chair, with the aim of deepening the knowledge produced and boosting the visibility of Télécom Paris and its partners within the scientific community, through first-rate publications directly linked to the needs of industry in the field.

The Rendez-vous Carnot 2024, held on October 16, brought together major players in research and innovation. The Carnot Télécom & Société numérique institute was present, to showcase its expertise and digital innovations in the service of businesses.

Bringing together researchers and teacher-researchers from the Hubert Curien laboratory, the Inria MALICE project-team aims to foster collaboration between physicists and experts in artificial intelligence. Their objective: to develop new machine learning methods to better understand laser-matter interaction, a major challenge in surface engineering. And this, despite the pitfalls represented by partial physical knowledge of the phenomena and a lack of data.
