Who are we?

Carnot institutes are groupings of research teams working on the same theme and coming from several public establishments.
The Carnot label, created in 2006, is a label of excellence awarded by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, which encourages partnership research, i.e. research carried out by public laboratories in partnership with socio-economic players, particularly companies.
The Carnot Télécom & Société numérique institute brings together 11 leading research establishments.
It is the leading Carnot in digital science and technology in France.

As a major player in R&D and digital innovation, the Carnot TSN facilitates access by companies to the skills of public research laboratories, thanks to a structured and targeted research offering that is easy to set up, and tailored to the needs of each company.

Thanks to its research teams and technology platforms, the Carnot Institut Télécom & Société numérique supports companies of all sizes in addressing the technical, economic and social implications of the digital transition.
