Micro and nanotechnologies for mechanical, acoustic and optical microsystems
Located at the TEMIS technology park in Besançon, France, the MIMENTO technology center is recognized at national level as a reference center for micro-nano-optics, micro-nano-acoustics, opto-electro-mechanical microsystems (MOEMS) and microrobotics within the Renatech network. It has a total area of around 1,300 m², including 865 m² of cleanroom space (ISO class 5 to 7). The platform provides access to a pool of high-tech equipment worth 17 million euros, with a team of 15 engineers and technicians.
