Cybersecurity

Design, evaluation and demonstration of security and defense mechanisms

Hosted at Télécom SudParis, the Cybersecurity platform offers organizations the opportunity to deploy, host and run realistic IT security use cases. This is achieved on a relatively large scale, thanks to system virtualization (virtual machines, containers) and networkvirtualization (Software-Defined Networking) technologies. Experiments can thus be carried out to observe in detail the course of cyberattacks and their consequences, in terms of both hardware and software, so as to better understand how to counter them. In addition, the platform can be used to collect the measurements needed to evaluate innovative approaches and techniques for protecting data and systems, particularly critical infrastructures.

Areas of expertise

  • Reconfigurable network topology thanks to SDN (Software-Defined Networking)
  • A la carte malware flow generation
  • Distributed and predictive anomaly detection
